REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY


Baby House
wants you to be happy with your purchase.

We will happily exchange or refund your purchase provided:
  • All items are returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  No refund or exchange can be given after 30 days.
  • The product/s must be as new, that is, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. The packaging must also be in as new condition.
  • Please contact us on (08) 9244 3993 or email us at info@babyhouse.com.au with your name, customer/order number, product name, and your reason for requesting a refund/exchange.
    Then post the item back to Baby House, PO Box 6, Innaloo WA 6918.

Please note: Postage of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return postage costs.

It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Baby House is not responsible for any product/s lost or damaged in transit.

If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.

Please note some returns may incur a restocking fee of 10% of the product value.

Refunds or exchanges can not be given for special orders or personalised items.

The postage cost for exchanging products is at the buyers expense (unless the product is faulty).

Products bought on Sale are not returnable unless faulty.


Packages Damaged and Lost in Transit

Baby House uses Australia Post Express Satchels as our standard method of postage.
These packages do not require a signature upon arrival however, a record of delivery is available by contacting Australia Post on 131318.
We are not liable for items lost in transit with Australia Post. If you require receipted delivery, please use the Express Courier option.
