We offer the following secure payment options:
CREDIT CARD: Visa and Mastercard (through PayPal. You do NOT need a paypal account to use this facility)
BANK DEPOSIT: You may choose to deposit your payment directly in to our bank account. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Our bank account details will be shown at checkout.
NOTE: Payment is expected within 3 days. If your payment has not been received within this time, the order may be cancelled and the stock returned to shelf as we do not have the capacity to hold items longer than this duration.
PAYPAL: We accept payment via PayPal balance or you may choose to pay through PayPal, without having a PayPal account, by using your credit card.
Orders are generally sent within two business days after payment has been received.
Delivery time is dependent on your location and based on orders being placed by 12.00noon (AEST)
Orders placed after midday will be sent the following business day.
Days are based on working days (Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends).
Baby House uses Australia Post for deliveries.
We offer you a choice of three methods of postage:
1) Regular Post
2) Registered Regular Post (extra $2.95 on top of Regular Post costs), and
3) Express Post services.
It is recommended that you utilise registered regular post or express post, as Baby House is not responsible for any product/s lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery time is generally 1 to 5 business days from the time the order is sent.

Postage and handling costs are automatically calculated, depending on the size of your order.
INTERNATIONAL - NEW ZEALAND
Orders are sent to New Zealand using Australia Post, International post. The postage will be calculated by weight and volume.
Please note it may be necessary to adjust the postage cost and this may require customers to pay an additional fee or customers may be entitled to a refund.
International Orders are only accepted with payment through PayPal or credit card.
